For weddings, 3–6 months in advance. For corporate events, 2–4 weeks is typically sufficient — though earlier is better for May, June, September, and December dates.

What power and space requirements does Zerno need?

A flat 6' × 5' space and a dedicated 15-amp or 20-amp circuit. We provide the extension cords.

Does Zerno require a deposit?

Yes — a 50% non-refundable retainer secures your date, with the balance due 14 days prior to the event.

Does Zerno provide cups, lids, and napkins?

Yes — we provide premium 8oz hot cups, lids, stirrers, napkins, and all accoutrements. Custom branded cups are available for an additional fee.

Can Zerno Coffee Cart do outdoor events?

Yes — we bring our own tent for shade and can set up on grass. We just need power access within 50 feet.

How many baristas will staff my event?

As a rule of thumb, we recommend one barista for up to 100 guests. Larger or higher-volume events scale to two or more baristas so service stays fast and lines stay short.

What is the standard service window for Zerno?

Standard packages offer 2, 3, or 4 hours of unlimited continuous service. We arrive 1.5 hours prior to dial in the espresso.
